Context and Initial Situation
Destination Management Beskydy – Valašsko has long worked with a card product designed to support tourism, increase visitor numbers to the region, and motivate visitors to make repeat visits to partner locations – attractions, accommodations, restaurants, and sports facilities.
However, the original card model operated primarily in physical form and was fragmented. There were limited opportunities for quick benefit updates, complicated card distribution to end customers, minimal direct communication channels with cardholders, difficult partner network collaboration, and little to no data on user behavior.
Project Goal
The primary goal was to create a modern digital ecosystem for a regional card that would replace or substantially supplement physical cards, increase comfort for regional visitors, provide partners with tools for direct communication with their customers, and give destination management control, data, and flexibility.
Proposed Solution
Our company delivered a comprehensive solution built on digital cards for mobile wallets (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) and on the tiketo CMS platform. The solution was designed as an end-to-end system covering card purchase, digital card issuance, management and updates, customer communication, and partner network engagement.
Online Purchase & Instant Issuance
Customers can purchase the Beskydy Valašsko Card online through official channels or at partner locations. After purchase, the card is immediately delivered via email with a link for saving to a mobile wallet. No app installation, no waiting, no physical handover.
Dynamic Content & Updates
The digital card is not a static carrier but a living channel. Content is updated in real-time to reflect changes in benefits, validity, or visuals without the need to issue a new card.
