1. Use of Service
tiketo Solutions provide a platform for digital wallet pass issuance. By accessing our platform, you agree to use the services for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Payment & Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific Service Order. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of pass issuance capabilities.
3. Liability & Indemnity
tiketo Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use tiketo to issue passes for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or to distribute malware. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these standards immediately and without notice.
